Brett and I just had an amazing lunch at Nick’s in Laguna beach and had to share!
The restaurants location couldn’t be better for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon near the water. There’s a patio in front for some serious people watching too:)
We started with the Fire Roasted Artichoke marinated with chives, garlic & fresh herbs, and broiled to perfection! They served the artichoke with lemon butter and we devoured it;)
Next we shared the Grilled Steak Salad with sliced ribeye, mixed greens over warm potato salad, with croutons , a side of mustard, and a bacon vinaigrette. The dressing had just the right amount of acid, an the potato salad was creamy, without being heavy!
The dishes were so well balanced and full of flavor. I can’t wait to go back for more!
