Hey Everyone!

I hope you’ll forgive the lack of posts lately, work has been a bit crazy and my territory has been expanded. I’m averaging 2 days in SD, 2 in OC, and one in LA… So let’s catch up!

The Purple Haze name really came from a pic I snagged of Calie and the smoothie:)…


See what I mean? Lol. It’s perfect for breakfast, or an in between drink to tie you over. I like making this one about an hour before a workout so I have energy, and still have an appetite for a light dinner after.

1 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Splenda packet or 1 tbs agave

Throw it in a blender and enjoy!
