Hey Guys!

I couldn’t believe how quickly today went by, with work and trying to get things done… I wanted to share a quick salad I had for dinner that really hit the spot!


3 oz Grilled Tyson Chicken strips
2 handfuls of Arugula
1 handful sliced green grapes
10 blueberries
1/2 handful of raw walnuts
2tbs lite Rasberry vinaigrette
Fresh cracked pepper

We try to always keep a bag of frozen grilled chicken strips for meals during the week so I stuck some in the microwave for 3-4minutes

In a large Tupperware container I added the other ingredients and the chicken and shook it until the salad dressing mixed with everything and plated. Then top with freak cracked pepper and Enjoy!
