I need a quick dinner that would fill me up without making me tired before my workout tonight so I thought I would share this bowl that took me about 15 minutes to put together and was really yummy. I read in this months Shape magazine that broccoli contains ingredients that fill you up and keep you full for longer so I’ve been trying to incorporate broccoli into my meals so that I don’t get as snacky in between.

It’s so simple…

1. Cut 6-8 Crumini mushrooms in half and sauté in olive oil with garlic for 4-5 minutes
2. Add a handful of pre-cooked broccoli to pan, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes (optional)
3. Toss and pour in bowl
4. Top with 1/2 sliced avocado and shredded light Mozzarella cheese.
